President Museveni launches armored vehicles assembly plant and says that Government will no longer import military personnel carriers and armoured vehicles for Military operations. He spoke at the launch of the NEC-STREIT Military armoured vehicles Factory in Nakasongola. The president said the country has been spending a lot of money on military imports of this nature.
