The National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) has announced that Victoria University Charter has been confirmed and signed.
According to the Executive Director of National Council for Higher Education Prof Mary Okwakol, the Victoria Charter was on 31st July signed by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as required by law.
In a letter dated August 16th 2022, which this Online Publication has got a copy, Prof Okwakol congratulated Victoria University on achieving the Charter.
Professor Okwakol, invited the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University to the hand over ceremony of the Charter on Friday August 19th to receive the Charter from the National Council for Higher Education Secretariat at 11:00 .
The invitation was copied to the Director for Quality Assurance of National Council for Higher Education.
