The moment one thinks of innovation in Sports and Real Estate, the mind redirects them to Ham enterprises owned by a Ugandan City business man, Haji Hamis Kiggundu.
He has successfully invested and managed projects that grow people, society, the country, the East African region and Africa at large.
Among these is the steadily ongoing Mega construction of a world class, state of the art Stadium. The project presents itself as an amazing milestone and achievement for the country Uganda, East Africa and Africa’s sports domain at large.
With such an achievement, Uganda, hence East Africa comes closer to Hosting the biggest football challenge on the planet, the World Cup.
The project will be a home to VIP restaurants, cheap shopping malls, over 200 toilets hence making it the first of its own in the region with a capacity of over 35000 thousand people.
According to Haji Hamis the value of this project was affected by COVID 19 which saw almost all building material costs tripling. Earlier on, the value of the whole project stood at about 50m USD but now current projections stand at about 150m Dollars.
The stadium is built by our own ‘son of the soil’ and this gives a challenge to other local business people. We don’t need whites to grow and develop our country, We’re an able force.
The proprietor, Hamis Kiggundu said that the stadium will be up to the required international standards and will host international football matches when its done.
The project valued in billions is projected to bring a lot of socio-economic transformation to many Ugandan societies, Buganda inclusive.
Appreciation goes to Billionaire Hamis Kiggundu of the Ham Enterprises U Ltd for Spearheading a venture that’s going to see Uganda advance in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, luxury plus seeing Uganda advance to an international level.
We are delighted to have such good news about hosting world cup in the near future in our motherland.
